Spring Fling menu at the Whitney: Get a three-course dinner with your choice of soup or salad, an entree and dessert for $49 this spring at the Whitney. Barda and Puma have new hours: Two fire-fueled South American restaurants in Detroit have tweaked their hours a bit. Chef Javier Bardauil is now operating his steakhouse Barda 5-10 p.m. Wed.-Sat. The Sunday night steak dinner special is now on Thursdays: get a four-course meal for two people for $100 featuring the restaurant’s signature dishes. Barda also offers 50% off bottles of wine under $100 on Wednesdays starting April 16. Across the street, the more casual and hip destination Puma is now open six nights a week with cocktails and South American-inspired street food, 5-10 p.m. Mon.-Thurs. and 5-11 p.m. Fri.-Sat. Royal Oak Bourbon Fest at Royal Oak Farmers Market: Sample rare and popular bourbons all in one place. The event also has live music and food. Pretzel crust and stuffed pretzel crust at Little Caesars: Michigan-based pizza brand Little Caesars is bringing back its pretzel crust pizza for a limited time and introducing a new product: stuffed pretzel crust pizza, stuffed with your choice of cheese or marinara. Right now, pizzas can be ordered online only at participating stores. Starting Monday and through June 22 they can be snagged as a Hot-N-Ready 4-7 p.m. in stores and online. Littlecaesars.com.

Egg Roll Diva launches second truck: Belinda Beard is launching a second truck of her popular Egg Roll Diva concept. Beard recently earned a $10,000 prize by winning the “established business” category at the online Michigan Women Forward’s WomanUp & Pitch Business Plan and Pitch Competition last week. “Winning this prize is a remarkable milestone,” Beard said in media alert about the news. “This grant is instrumental in helping Egg Roll Diva grow and allows us to bring our delicious egg rolls to even more communities throughout Michigan.” Find Egg Roll Diva 7-11 p.m. April 11 at Miss Eva’s, 19566 Grand River in Detroit. Somm Slam Rematch at Testa Barra: Billed as a rematch battle, Testa Barra sommelier Jeffrey Baldwin will compete with guest host and Fox 2 Detroit reporter Charlie Langton. Outward Wines at Oak & Reel: Join Natalie Siddique and Ryan Pace from small-lot Outward Wines as they talk about their products.
