The Utica-Rome Speedway car show at the Sangertown Square Mall will take place Saturday and Sunday. The mall is located at 8555 Seneca Turnpike in New Hartford.
There will be a few cars representing the Home of Heroes that were not on display last weekend at the Fonda Speedway show, as Kirsten Swartz of St. Johnsville and Travis Welch of New Berlin both have their crate 602 sportsman division cars set up for you to check out. Kenny Gates had his pro-stock at the Fonda show and is also at this week’s event. Mall hours are 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Saturday, while Sunday’s hours are 11 a.m.-5 p.m. New merchandise will be available all weekend, and a driver autograph session is planned for Sunday from 2-4 p.m.
