MECHANICSBURG – The mother of a Montgomery Country student and advocates for transgender athletes told the PIAA Board of Directors Wednesday that a recent executive order on sports participation from President Donald Trump is not legally binding.
Trump signed an order that seeks to ban transgender athletes from participating in girls’ and women’s sports on Feb. 5.
