
MADERA COUNTY, Calif. (FOX26) — Madera County celebrated the opening of a new food bank Wednesday morning.
A ribbon cutting was held for a massive new 21,700 sq ft warehouse that the food bank says is a major step forward in its commitment to serve the community for generations to come.

The new warehouse was made possible in part by a half-million-dollar grant from Madera County.
The food bank says they are dedicated to serving families in need across all of Madera County.
It is located on Knox Road, near Highway 99.
