Aiken County school bus involved in accident while kids onboard

AIKEN, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) – An Aiken County school bus with kids inside was involved in a crash with an SUV Monday afternoon.

According to officials, the crash happened on Dragstrip Road near a Shell gas station around 3:50 p.m.

All the children have made it off the bus, according to reports.

There is only one injury but it is unknown who is injured at this time.

Dragstrip Road is blocked while first responders are working the accident.
