Woman with kids in car intentionally crashed into another vehicle multiple times: TPD

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A mother faces multiple charges after police said she intentionally drove into another car while her kids were in her vehicle.

Toledo police arrested Elisa Jones, 30, just before 6 p.m. Saturday. Authorities said this unfolded at the Robert Dorrell Manor Apartments on Southwyck Boulevard.

Police said Jones had her two children in the back seat of her vehicle when she drove into someone else’s car multiple times.

Investigators haven’t released details about a possible motive.

Jones is charged with endangering children and criminal damaging – both misdemeanors.

She is due to be arraigned Monday morning.
