Dozens of middle and high school-age boys heared from men in various career fields about potential job opportunities, keeping good financial habits and more at Frederick Community College on Saturday.

The eighth annual summit, titled “Believing in Ourselves and Understanding Nothing Comes Easy,” was hosted by the Frederick County Alumnae Chapter of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. The event focused on trying to reach young men, said the organization’s president, Kathy Brooks.
