Crews called to accident with injuries after car hits laundromat

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Evansville police say a man ran through two cars before hitting a laundromat on Evansville’s westside.

Police were already on the scene helping someone with a medical situation when a car hit the Royal Express Laundry in the 1200 block of North Fulton Avenue just before 12:30 Saturday afternoon.

According to police, the driver told them they got dizzy after choking on some food while driving Northbound on Fulton.

Police say the car hit the curb, crashed through two other cars, and then hit the building.

No one was injured in the accident, and the building commission are currently looking into the damage done to the building.
