SEATTLE — A blue corn dog and a dessert nachos option are among new food items that will be available at Seattle Mariners games inside T-Mobile Park during the 2025 season.
The “What Up Corn Dog” is described as “a Mariners blue, honey-battered corn dog with a spicy crunch served with nacho cheese.” The Mariners announced the new food offerings Wednesday, just eight days before Opening Day against the Athletics.
The “Ice Cream Nachos” include soft-serve ice cream with waffle chips, sprinkles and caramel sauce.

“We are very excited to once again provide fans at T-Mobile Park with what we believe is the best ballpark menu in baseball,” said Malcolm Rogel, the team’s vice president of fan experience. “With player-inspired dishes, a great lineup of local partners and a larger value program than ever before, there is something for everyone at the ballpark this summer.”
As Rogel mentioned, there are three new player-themed offerings in 2025. As Ichiro is set to be inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame later this year, the team will offer “Ichi Wings” at the Walk-Off Market based on the teriyaki and sesame-inspired recipe the clubhouse kitchen used to make for the star when he played for the Mariners. The “IchiRoll” with salmon, crab salad, avocado, cucumber, green onion, fried onion, sriracha, rice and seaweed will be available at Nakagawa in section 132.
Mariners star catcher Cal Raleigh will have “Lil’ Dumpers” at the Walk-Off Markets based on his “Big Dumper” nickname. These pork soup dumplings will come with sesame and hoisin sauce.

For Mariners Hall of Fame member Felix Hernandez, the team will have the King’s Court Turkey Leg available in section 144.
Other new item highlights include Sumo Dog, whose namesake item consists of wasabi relish, pickled peppers, spicy mayo, teriyaki sauce, furikake, minced onion, and nori on an all-beef hot dog. Popular local burger chain Great State Burger will be in the T-Mobile Pen with its signature cheeseburgers and chicken strips. The Walk-Off Markets will have a teriyaki chicken bowl, a brisket sandwich, and smoked pork sliders.

Mariners Opening Day is March 27 at T-Mobile Park.
