The Royse City Main Street Department is accepting entries of vehicles for its 17th annual car show planned for May 10 at the Royse City High School Stadium parking lot.
In addition to getting an up-close-and-personal look at some rare, vintage, high-performance or highly customized cars, trucks and motorcycles, attendees at the show will be able to enjoy live music and food trucks as well as shop for specialty items while perusing the booths of various vendors.
To register a vehicle for the show, go online through Car Show Pro at https://tinyurl.com/57jfmkvd.
For those who register by May 9 at noon, the fee will be $20 and those who sign up after will be charged $25.
Participants will also be able to register in person on the morning of the event starting at 8 a.m.
Registration of vendors and food trucks is also open for the event. Those with food trucks can contact Royse City main street manager Paula Morris at [email protected]. Other vendors can contact Thymeless Home Boutique at [email protected].
Royse City Main Street advises that while popup tents are allowed at the event, they have to be weighted down with sandbags, and any tent-related damages that occur are the responsibility of the owner.
The annual car show is a fundraiser for the Royse City Main Street Department, which uses the money for various city beautification projects.
