ALTUS, Okla. (KSWO) – The City of Altus wants to keep kids in the area active and healthy so they’re going to be offering a number of activities during spring break!
The “Keeping Kids Active” program will feature events like a Family Fun Run, a day a the park, and much more.
Organizers say they’re excited to offer these activities to the community.

“It’s really about promoting activities getting outside for youth and their families it gives them something to do,” City of Altus Parks and Rec Director Michael Shive said. ”Some families we know are not able to travel on vacation, and that prefer the ones who stay here. These are activities each day that gives them something different to do.
