Food Truck Friday: Mrs. B’s Grilled Cheese

PARAGOULD, Ark. (KAIT) – It’s Food Truck Friday! This week, we’re highlighting Mrs. B’s Grilled Cheese.

Mandy Bennett wanted a restaurant for as long as she can remember. Her husband encouraged her to look into a food truck. From there, the vision took off.

The food truck has regular grilled cheese. Customers can get a side of tomato soup dipping sauce. Bennett also sells more unique grilled cheese sandwiches with fried chicken, pulled pork, macaroni, and cheese.

The business started in 2022. Mainly located in Paragould, Bennett sets up regularly at 219 Northend Avenue.
