Gamescom Latam has announced that it will be partnering up with the Future Games Show to produce an exciting live show during the event.
FGS Live From Gamescom Latam will be streamed live from Gamescom Latam and the FGS studios on the third day of Gamescom Latam, at 2pm local time (BRT) on May 2, 2025. The stream is set to include never-before-seen announcements, including trailers, interviews, and exclusives from upcoming games, and will be streamed across FGS’s regular channels, as well as via Omelete in Brazil.
Future Games Show events typically focus on upcoming games, both small and large, and usually feature a host of announcements. Last year’s FGS at Gamescom in Germany revealed a new game set in the Mars Attacks universe, an indie game called Croak which was developed by creators who worked on games like Cuphead, and so much more. It also revealed exclusive details about the then-upcoming Civilization 7, and Atomfall, which is set to release later this month.

Gamescom
Gamescom Latam is the Brazilian offshoot of Gamescom, a big B2B and B2C games festival that takes place in Cologne in Germany every year. The Brazilian event kicked off in 2024 and is set to return from April 3, 2025 with an event space more than twice the size of last year’s event.
The 2025 edition of Gamescom Latam has some pretty big partners and participants, with Warner Bros. Games, Level Infinite, Gravity, Steam, Annapurna Interactive, and Devolver Digital all involved with the show. Its biggest partner, though, is with The Pokémon Company, with Pokémon characters set to appear on the visitor passes and special spawns to appear in Pokémon Go.
Gamescom Latam will take place at the Anhembi District Convention Center in São Paulo, Brazil from April 30 to May 4, 2025.
