The good thing about Daylight Saving time? It no longer gets dark at 5 p.m. The bad thing about Daylight Saving time? We lose a glorious hour of sleep. To help combat the grogginess, a number of chains are dishing out deals to help you wake up earlier and keep you going throughout the week so you aren’t sleepwalking through your work. The change takes place on Sunday, March 9, at 2 a.m., so keep that in mind before making your weekend plans.

Burger King
Burger King is truly king with these amazing deals. Every day this week, the chain will be dishing out different deals to keep your engines revving. On Sunday, you can score a free Croissan’wich as long as you purchase something $1 or more. Monday brings you a 4-piece order of Churro Fries with a purchase of $1 or more. Come Tuesday, you can grab a medium iced coffee for free with a purchase of $1 or more. Similarly, on Wednesday, if you order anything $1 or more, you can enjoy 5-piece French toast sticks for free, and on Thursday, you can get free hash browns with at least a $1 purchase.
On Friday, fans will get a double dose of deals because it also happens to be Pi Day. If you order anything $3.14 or more, you’ll receive a free Hershey’s pie. Finally, on Saturday, if you nab anything that costs $1 or more, you can enjoy a free sausage biscuit.
Starbucks
Now through March 9, Starbucks fans can save on spring at-home coffees and coffee creamers if purchased through Amazon, Target, or Kroger. Keep your eyes peeled for Starbucks’ Oatmilk Creamers, Mountain Blend Coffee, Brown Sugar Cinnamon Flavored Coffee, Caffé Mocha Flavored Zero Creamer, Vanilla Lavender Flavored Coffee, and Toasted Coconut Mocha Flavored Coffee, all of which will be available at a discount.

In partnership with CVS, Grubhub is offering anyone who orders from the pharmacy through them a free item from an assortment of ‘Daylight Saving Essentials’ on deliveries $20 or more from March 9-13.
