
The chicken is seasoned with a marinade of seared, smoked chipotle peppers and just a touch of wildflower honey, then it’s zhuzhed with spices and grilled to perfection. Starting March 7, customers across North America, Canada and the U.K. will be able to order it for a limited time. Chipotle Rewards members also have exclusive early access via the app, starting today.
From where I stand, it’s no mystery why this was the chain’s best-selling, limited-time offering in a market-wide test that debuted in Nashville and Sacramento last year. Swicy foods (and hot honey specifically) have been peak-popular for years now. But I was curious to taste it myself to see if its flavor lived up to its buzzy ingredients.
