The Week 9 Car Show Report takes us to the monthly Zuma Cars And Coffee event. And as Community Reporter Scot S. illustrates with his camera lens… it’s hard to top Southern California for… anything car show related.
Starting with the CA license plated US Tank. Which, the way most big California cities are run… you never know when you might need just such a vehicle.
Tom,
Today, Sunday, we went to the Zuma Cars and Coffee to ogle all the expensive cars again. As a C&C it’s a large gathering including:
– A lot of money lined up for the cannonball run. Apparently.
– A Mazda with aero that I’m unsure is useful or dreamin’.
– A McLaren that had a popular paint job.
– A tank (real? dunno) 6×6. The rear driving axles each getting a driveshaft from a splitter transfer case.
– A Yugo with a “500” engine. Not sure if that’s supposed to be Power or Displacement. Or N/cc vs hp/ci.
– A Willys Wagon that could be yours.
– A ’51 Jimmy Panel that I like
– A 944 with a sense of humor
– A murdered out V-dub that shows that good design can start with anything.
– As opposed to a RR Donk, which, well …
– A Cabriolet that shows Zuma really is looking for variety
– And a mic-drop Beemer.
That’s it this week. Enjoy the weather!
Scot
