PLAINVIEW, Texas (KAUZ) – Wayland Baptist University has added Paul Edwards as its Vice President of Finance and Administration/Chief Financial Officer.
“We are excited to welcome Paul Edwards to the Wayland family,” WBU President Donna Hedgepath said. “His financial expertise and strategic vision will be invaluable as we continue to steward our resources and advance our mission.”
Edwards previously served as Vice President for Finance and Administration at Western Illinois University, in addition to prior leadership roles at Richard Bland College of William & Mary, the University of Tennessee, Kentucky State University and Liberty University.
“I am honored to join Wayland Baptist University,” Edwards said. “Wayland’s rich history of academic excellence and faith-based education aligns with my commitment to responsible stewardship and strategic leadership. I look forward to working with the university community to ensure financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and continued growth in service of our students and mission.”
