Several kids, adult taken to hospital after fire in Old Brooklyn

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Cleveland EMS transported several people to the hospital Wednesday morning after a house fire in Old Brooklyn.

Firefighters responded to the home in the 2200 block of Hood Ave. around 5 a.m.

The fire, which started in a television, was quickly extinguished, but several people in the house suffered from smoke inhalation.

Cleveland EMS said there were several children and an adult transported to a nearby hospital.

All are in stable condition.
