Kids can swing into adventure at NEW Zoo’s NFL Draft day camps

SUAMICO (WLUK) — The NEW Zoo & Adventure Park is offering day camp experiences for kids who are off of school during the NFL Draft.

Draft Days Creature Camp will occur on April 24 and 25 and Draft Zip Camp will occur on Friday, April 25. Registration for both programs will open March 1.

For Draft Days Creature Camps at the NEW Zoo

• $45 per day; open for students currently in grades 1 through 4
• Students are welcome to attend either OR both days

Programs run from 8:45 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. The zoo provides an AM and PM snack; children should pack a lunch, bring a water bottle, and come dressed for spending time both indoors and outside.

For Draft Zip Camp at the Adventure Park

• $40 per child; open for students aged 6 and above; (campers do not need to meet the usual Adventure Park height and weight requirements for this special program)
• Program runs from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. The Adventure Park will provide a snack; children should bring a water bottle and come dressed for the weather.
