
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Hawaii’s restaurant and food service industry is uniting for the Hawaii Restaurant Association Food Service Expo.
The event will take place from Feb. 26, to Feb. 27, at the Neal Blaisdell Exhibition Hall from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Hosted by the Hawaii Restaurant Association (HRA), the exclusive event will brings together local restaurant owners, chefs, and food industry professionals to discover and showcase the latest culinary innovations, business solutions, and partake in networking opportunities.
Over 150 booths will be present at the two-day event, providing attendees the opportunity to experience live culinary demonstrations, vendor booths, and expert insights, all aimed at strengthening Hawaii’s food service community.
HRA highlighted that this industry-focused expo is the only one of its kind and is separate from the Hawaii Hotel and Restaurant Show, which will take place later this year.
