Jury convicts Tempe mother on all counts for murdering her two kids

The Mexican Consulate is promoting a family action plan if a loved one is deported and urging immigrant communities to be prepared while being calm. Officials say five to 10 people are being arrested in the Phoenix area for being in the country illegally.
