MINNEAPOLIS — A new restaurant has recently opened in Graze Food Hall in Minneapolis’ North Loop neighborhood.
Caja (pronounced “ka-ha”) is the Spanish word for “box” and a nod to the classic fried chicken paper box or bucket.
It’s serving up New Orleans-style southern fried chicken which focuses on Cayenne pepper and vinegar hot sauce along with a lot of herbs and spices.
Their chicken, fried in beef tallow, is free of all major allergens (no gluten, no dairy/milk, no egg, no soy, no nuts or seeds, peanuts, fish, or shellfish).
