Manchester City vs Liverpool live updates: Premier League predictions, team news and latest score

Liverpool have announced a freeze on general admission and season ticket prices for the 2025-26 season.

The club say the decision follows “meaningful engagement” with the official supporters’ board. It’s the eighth time in 10 seasons Liverpool have frozen prices, with adult general admission tickets at Anfield continuing to cost between £9 and £61. The price of adult season tickets will range from £713 to £904.

Fan groups wrote an open letter to the club last month urging them to reduce the cost of attending home matches. However, Liverpool have pointed to an 80 per cent increase in Anfield matchday operating costs since the 2016-17 season.

The price freeze means the cheapest Kop match ticket is £39, and the most expensive is £45 – the same as when Fenway Sports Group took over as owners in 2010.

As well as adult prices remaining the same, junior tickets will continue to be frozen at £9 for the 10th season in a row.
