The Cleveland Auto Show is headed back to the I-X Center with the event opening Friday. It marks the beginning of the spring automotive selling season in northern Ohio.
There are plenty of activities planned, with hundreds of vehicles expected to be featured. People will be able to test drive more than 50 different models from Alfa Romeo, BMW, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Ford, Jeep, Kia, Ram, Subaru, Tesla and Volkswagen, and to view new high-end concept cars.
The show also will offer an indoor test track where people can experience electric vehicles from BMW and Chevrolet.
Football players to sign autographs at the Cleveland Auto Show
Former Cleveland Browns offensive lineman and Pro Football Hall of Fame member Joe Thomas is expected to make an appearance to sign autographs at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 27. The signing ends at 8 p.m.

Ohio State University wide receiver Carnell Tate will sign autographs as well. He’s scheduled to be at the show from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Feb. 25.
Cleveland Browns star running back Nick Chubb will sign autographs from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Feb. 28.
How long does the Cleveland Auto Show last?
The show runs from Feb. 21 to March 2. Here are the listed hours for each day:
- Feb. 21: 5 to 10 p.m.
- Feb. 22: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Feb. 23: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Feb. 24: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Feb. 25: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Feb. 26: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Feb. 27: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Feb. 28: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- March 1: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- March 2: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
How much are tickets to the Cleveland Auto Show?
Tickets start at $15 for adults. Kids age 7 and up cost $12, along with seniors 62 and older. Children 6 and under get free admission.
What’s the history of the Cleveland Auto Show?
The first Cleveland Auto Show was held in February 1903 at the Gray’s Armory in downtown Cleveland. It featured 15 Cleveland-made automobiles, along with other manufacturer exhibits, according to the event website.
