Geneva’s Cruisin’ Night ends, replaced by daytime car show

The Geneva Business Improvement District announced the end of its long-running Cruisin’ Night and Block Party, citing rising costs and security concerns.

The annual downtown event, held each July for over 20 years, will be replaced by a daytime show called Wheels in Geneva on Sept. 14.

The new event will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Seneca Street parking lot.

It will emphasize classic cars, with fewer vendors and no live music. BID aims to engage local businesses while shifting focus to celebrate automotive culture.
