$25K reward offered in murder of food delivery driver

WASHINGTON – D.C. police are offering a $25,000 reward in the murder of 22-year-old food delivery driver E’Zell Hill.

Hill was gunned down on Tuesday, February 4 just after midnight in the 3100 block of 16th Street in northwest, D.C.

Details of the incident

Hill was riding an electric scooter on his way to deliver food when someone opened fire. He was shot multiple times. His family told FOX 5 he died near the location where he was delivering food.

“It’s unreal for a kid like him. He really doesn’t bother a soul,” his brother Kevohn McCormick told FOX 5. “He is really passion-driven. He wanted to make sure he was doing something honest and could provide his own way.”

Hill’s family said that he had plans to enroll in an IT job training program. Police are searching for a dark Toyota sedan which they believe is connected to the crime.
