Once you get about 30 hours through Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, you’ll move on from the starting Trosky region and onto the Kuttenberg region. This transition will cancel a bunch of time-sensitive quests in the earlier region if you haven’t completed them already, but you will be able to head back and complete a bunch of other quests and objectives at any point.

How To Travel From Trosky to Kuttenberg in KCD2
Traveling between Trosky and Kuttenberg in KCD2 costs 200 Groschen.
Deep Silver
You will start the game in the Trosky region, but won’t be able to proceed to the Kuttenberg region for some time. You’ll need to complete the “Storm” main quest before moving onto the Kuttenberg region for the first time.
A caravan located east of Troskowitz can take you to Kuttenberg once you’ve completed the “Storm” main quest.
Deep Silver
After you’ve completed “Storm” and you find yourself in the Trosky region, you will be able to hire a caravan – found to the Southeast of Troskowitz and East of Schdiar – West Farm – to make your way to Kuttenberg. The caravan will only be present after the “Storm” main quest, and will require 200 Groschen for the journey.
How To Travel From Kuttenberg to Trosky in KCD2
This location west of Suchdol in Kuttenberg region is where you can find a caravan to Trosky.

After first arriving in Kuttenberg from the Trosky region you’ll be whisked through a handful of main quests, but once you’re ready to explore again – and are perhaps considering revisiting a few older areas – you have the option of taking the caravan back to Trosky.
The caravan in Kuttenberg lets you travel back to Trosky in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2.

You can find the caravan to the far West of the map, on the road leading directly West of Suchdol. Speaking to the coachman during the day will allow you to travel to Trosky for 200 Groschen.
