Erdem is known for its feminine silhouettes and beautiful blooming prints, while Barbour is the royally approved heritage brand famous for its practicality. Put the two of these together and you have a match made in fashion heaven – and a collaboration so successful that it’s happening again. That’s right, the two British labels, which first teamed up for Erdem’s spring/summer 2024 collection, is back with a second capsule of beautiful jackets.
“We are excited to be able to offer this collaboration to our customers, following the success of our previous partnership,” Nicola Brown, director of womenswear at Barbour said. “The collection marries the timeless craftsmanship and quality of both brands, taking Erdem’s romantic and contemporary approach combined with our most iconic silhouettes and wax fabrications.”

The collection features five different jacket styles, ranging from the Dhalia with its peplum hem to the Beauflower, which features a beautiful floral print. “I was inspired by the extraordinary Barbour archive, particularly their fabrications and hardware and loved the idea of translating their heritage of practical, utilitarian details and combining it with my language of the feminine,’ said Erdem Moralioglu of his inspiration for the collection, which is available to shop now.
Of course, Barbour is no stranger to a collaboration, and the label is making a habit of creating fashion-forward collections (which sell out fast), the most recent of which was with Scandinavian label Ganni, which has been so successful that they are now in their third round of collaborating.
And, as with the most recent Ganni collaboration, this collection has a sustainable element to it. 25 previously owned Beaufort jackets have been given new life, restored with an oversized cord collar and embellished with silver hardware eyelets, taking inspiration from Erdem’s SS24 runway show.
